Confession

Silent witnesses
sit in the stillness
of raw vulnerability
the pouring out of truth
weeping regret
remorse and repentance penitence and pain
and the coming restoration
from the one who bore the stain.

“Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.” (James 5:16, ESV).
